About the Role * Full-time working hours * Competitive pay, based on experience and skill level * Operate a variety of diggers/excavators for civil, fencing, and rural development projects * Work both independently and as part of a tight-knit team Requirements * Minimum 1 year experience operating diggers/excavators * Skilled with trenching, post-hole drilling, site prep and general earthworks * Strong awareness of safety and maintenance procedures * A reliable, hard-working attitude with good communication skills * WTR endorsement and full NZ driver’s license preferred * Must have the right to work in New Zealand.
