This role involves operating mobile cranes up to 55T across both workshop and site environments, supporting safe and efficient lifting operations. Key Responsibilities: * Operate mobile cranes (up to 55T) for workshop and on-site lifting * Work closely with riggers, dogmen, and clients to complete safe lifts * Carry out pre-start checks and maintain accurate lift records * Support general lifting operations and ensure load security * Follow all workplace health & safety procedures What We're Looking For: * Class 4 or 5 driver's licence (Class 5 preferred) * Crane experience preferred, but full training can be provided * Forklift licence (advantageous) * BESS, Site Safe, First Aid, and Working at Heights/EWP (beneficial) * WTR and F endorsements (desirable) * Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork * Good communication skills and a can-do attitude We can only accept applications from people with a current and valid work visa, NZ residency, or NZ citizenship.
