If you're confident in site prep, site cuts and hitting final trim to a high standard, this role will suit you perfectly. Health and safety is extremely important and you'll need to have a decent operating / civil background. You'll mainly be excavating but you won't be scared to get off your seat when needed to help out the team. The majority of your time will be spent on a 5T or 14T machine and if you're open to towing a small 2T machine around from time to time this will be super helpful. These guys have a large pipeline of new developments kicking off in the Hornby, and Rolleston areas, as well as residential hill sites where your skills will be put to the test!
