Health and safety is extremely important and you'll need to have a decent operating / civil background. You'll be mainly excavating but you won't be scared to get off your seat when needed to help out the team. Majority of your time will be spent on a 5T or 14T machine and if you're open to towing a small 2T machine around from time to time this will be super helpful. These guys have a large pipeline of new commercial developments kicking off in the Hornby / Izone area, as well as some residential projects kicking off around town.
