Health and safety is extremely important and you'll need to have a decent operating / civil background. You'll be mainly excavating but you won't be scared to get off your seat when needed to help out the team. Majority of your time will be spent on a 5T machine and if you're open to towing a small 2T machine around from time to time this will be super helpful. These guys have residential sites kicking off in both Redcliffs and Kennedy's Bush, as well as a commercial site in Hornby, with plenty more in the pipeline.
