We are seeking a Pharmacy Retail Manager at Unichem Healthworks Pharmacy to oversee the daily operations of our busy pharmacy store, ensuring exceptional customer service, regulatory compliance, and team performance. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the pharmacy retail team to deliver outstanding customer service. * Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and company policies including Unichem 1 Place app compliance. * Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control, and coordinate with buyer. * Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandising and promotional strategies. * Plan monthly instore marketing promotions and alias with our company Digital Marketer to align instore events with online presence. * Maintain accurate records and reports for audits and operational reviews.
