South New Brighton, 5 bedrooms

Two rooms available in a spacious, relaxed flat with two full-time working guys (mid-20s & 30s) - Spacious north-facing room ($180): 13 December - Deck-access room ($170): 23 December Both rooms have large inbuilt wardrobes. Looking for individuals for each room, or a couple to rent both rooms. We’re a considerate, tidy household that enjoys a calm home environment - but we’re not antisocial either. It’s a great spot for having a few friends over, BBQs on the deck, or chilling outside in our big backyard with a brazier. The beach is super close, so it’s an awesome place to be for summer. ????? We have a friendly ginger cat, so unfortunately no more pets. There’s a couple who live in a separate dwelling at the back - they help maintain the gardens and occasionally use the bathroom.
