We're looking for a tidy and easy-going flatmate to join our modern, fully furnished home in central Rolleston. The house has great indoor/outdoor spaces and underfloor heating/cooling for year-round comfort. Your double bedroom comes furnished with a queen bed, bedside tables, and a built-in wardrobe. You'll share a bathroom with two others, plus there's an extra separate toilet. We are looking for someone who fits well within our group, is good-natured, works full-time, excited to engage in shared social activities on occasion, pays rent on time, clean & tidy, plus some shared interests. You'll be living with four friendly flatmates (2M, 2F) and two small dogs. We're a social bunch who also value our own space. We all work full-time and enjoy a range of interests that keep us busy such as fitness, cooking, sports, music, board games, books, and a good tv series.
