Female Flatmate Wanted. Room – Double/Queen Room. Note: Bed in pictures is only to show the room size. Some furniture available and can be negotiated. Bathroom – Heated floor located off the Lounge/Movie Room. Lounge/Movie Room – Reasonable sized Lounge room with Large Projector Screen & Theatre setup. There is also a small Kitchenette in this room with Fridge, Microwave, Jug etc for Tea/Coffee Making. Downstairs area has its own entry. Kitchen/Laundry – Upstairs Shared Kitchen & Laundry This is not the normal flatmate situation. Please read the setup below. Situation – Single Father lives upstairs. I have shared custody of my 2 younger girls and have them week on/week off. Downstairs space exclusive use with own access. . Upstairs is Open Plan Kitchen, Dining & Lounge. Bathroom, Laundry & Deck Area. These spaces would be shared with myself and the children when they are present. House is in a quiet bush setting with views of the ocean and sunrises from the deck. There is a beach 3-4 mins walk to the end of the road.
