You get your own double room in a quiet position with an almost en suite toilet in a large three-four bedroom house, close to dairy, take away joint and bus stop that goes to Palmy. We want someone who is quiet, mature and can look after themselves. No vaping, no smoking, no parties/loud music, no animals, no partners or over night stayers. Off street parking included in shared driveway. Additional cost: 20% of power bill in the winter months: june, july, august Internet fibre included. If on holiday or overseas you still need to pay rent for the period you are away, if you are wanting to come back to the room after the holiday or overseas trip.
