Tiny home on wheels
Description
Our 5th wheeler has everything you could want in a tiny home. We have lived comfortably in it and worked remotely out of it for the past year since refurbishing it. * Decor updated with a new paint job throughout, new curtains, woolen carpets, lino tiles and reupholstered sofa and dining suite. * A spacious living space is achieved by the slide out. Containing the dining suite it doubles as a home office connected remotely to the starlink dish on the roof. The 27 inch computer is stowed away on the sideboard for use as a movie screen in the evening. *The new combi water and air heater runs on diesel or electricity keeping things cosy in winter. A ceiling fan helps cool in summer and a new domestic grade heat exchange ventilation system keeps things fresh. * The kitchen is all new with a clever slide out section that gives ample bench space and storage without sacrificing living space. Cooking is all electric with portable induction hobs and an airfryer that can be taken outside for al fresco cooking. A barbeque and gas bottle complete the outdoor cooking options. A new 174L 12V fridge freezer, microwave and rangehood were all part of the refurbishment to complete the kitchen set up. * The WC is flush and in a separate room with ceiling fan and window ventilation. The roomy shower has a skylight that acts as a shower dome. It is in the bedroom along with the basin giving the bedroom a light and roomy appearance. * The queen sized island bed lifts on gas struts for underbed storage. Along with 3 hanging spaces, 6 drawers and cupboards above the bed means there is loads of storage for clothes etc. * Power to the home is supplied by 5 solar panels on the roof feeding 2 x 100 amp hour 48v house batteries and a 5000 watt inverter. The home can be plugged into mains power. The water tank holds 160l and there are 130l grey and black water tanks. * Outside there is an electric awning and numerous storage holds. We are very reluctant to sell our home, but it is not suitable for the road and we want to travel.
