About the Role
As a Logistics Scheduler, you'll play a key role in coordinating daily delivery operations, ensuring customers receive reliable and timely service. You'll plan delivery runs, work closely with drivers and internal teams, and respond quickly to any changes or disruptions throughout the day.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you'll need to think on your feet, prioritise effectively, and keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and schedule daily delivery runs
* Coordinate with drivers to execute schedules efficiently
* Respond to real-time changes, disruptions, and urgent requests
* Optimise routes and maximise fleet efficiency
* Manage customer expectations and resolve delivery issues
* Maintain accurate records, reporting, and data integrity
* Work closely with operations, sales, and customer service teams
* Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and systems
About You

* Experience in logistics, transport, scheduling, or operations coordination
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly

* Confident using systems and data (Excel, CRM or similar)
