Opportunities for growth where hard work is noticed What we offer: * Competitive hourly rates based on experience * Ongoing temporary assignments with the potential for short and long-term work * Supportive team environment * Variety in your day – no two jobs are the same * Opportunities to work on some of the region's leading civil and construction projects What we're looking for: * Proven experience operating heavy machinery * Current WTR endorsements (Wheels, Tracks & Rollers) preferred * Forklift licence and endorsements an advantage * Experience operating excavators, loaders, rollers, dump trucks, telehandlers, skid steers, or similar machinery * Strong focus on health and safety * Good level of fitness and willingness to assist with groundwork when required * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude Additional requirements: * MOJ check required * Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test * Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand   If you're a skilled operator who takes pride in your work and enjoys working on a variety of projects, we'd love to hear from you.
