Wellington Hourly Rate: Competitive – based on experience Hours: Sunday to Friday, 7:00 pm to 4:30 am (Night Shift) Key Responsibilities: * Fillet, trim, and portion seafood products to precise specifications. * Ensure consistent quality and presentation of seafood items. * Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety standards. * Work efficiently in a fast-paced, cold environment (chilled processing area). * Identify and report any product defects or quality issues. * Assist with cleaning and sanitizing equipment and workstations. * Collaborate with the wider team to meet production targets and deadlines. What We’re Looking For: * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in food manufacturing or seafood processing. * Strong, demonstrated knife-handling and filleting skills. * Punctual, dependable, and able to work night shifts. * Able to work on your feet for long periods in a cold environment. * Works well with others and communicates effectively.
