Emphasis on learning and growth within a fast-growing company The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding 100% New Zealand owned and operated agribusiness. Our office and manufacturing plant are based in Awatoto Napier, Hawkes Bay, from where we supply customers all over New Zealand. The growth of our business means we now require a fixed term Factory Worker. Responsibilities Include: • Willing to be part of a small team • Ensure our factory production runs with accuracy • All production demands are met whilst maintaining our Health & Safety and Quality Assurance standards • Our finished products are ready to leave the factory in a timely manner and at a high standard • Ideally you will have a forklift licence About You You won’t mind heavy lifting and time on your feet. You will take pride in your work, have an eye for detail and be good with numbers. You will have a positive attitude to life and your work. You will be someone who is self -motivated with the ability to carry out instructions with minimal supervision. You shouldn’t be afraid to ask questions - knowing that learning is a key part of growth and you will embrace opportunities to learn. We are growing fast and if you enjoy learning, you will do well here. The role is initially a fixed term contract. We pay above living wage rates.
