We have a great opportunity for a current driver to make the move into a more dynamic driving role, and to graduate up through to a Class 5 license which we will support you to achieve. As a driver for Metalcorp NZ Ltd you will be in charge of a Class 2 truck fitted with a truck mounted crane (Hiab) and full tip deck. You will be driving to uplift and collect scrap metals in all shapes and forms from a wide range of our customers (everything from commercial sites, residential address, and farms!). The role requires ‘hands on’ work which will require you to have a good level of fitness, and incorporates yardman duties when not out on the road.
