We are seeking self-motivated, punctual, honest, reliable, hardworking individuals with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Duties include: * Preparing meat by cutting, trimming deboning. * Using machinery to grind, mince, tenderize and shape meat. * Cutting, grading, packing, and storing high-quality meat products * Knowledge of and skilled to execute all cuts of meat. * Working with Chicken and Red Meat. * Ensuring product quality * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in meat preparation and display areas. * Following food safety, health, and safety regulations Required: * Level 4 qualification or 2 years' experience. * Experience with Chicken and Red Meat * H&S conscious * Ability to work in cold environments (due to freezer access) and in potentially hazardous conditions (handling knives) * Physically fit and capable * Strong communication skills * Ability to pass a pr-employment drug test. On Offer: * Pay: $27 - $30 per hour * Shift work, day and night shift * Monday to Friday, Weekly Pay * PPE provided * Great culture and opportunities.
