You will lead a team of Tenancy Managers, supporting them to deliver high-quality, compassionate tenancy management and helping tenants transition into sustainable long-term housing. You'll collaborate with other Team Leaders to plan, coordinate, and deliver services that are people-focused and outcome-driven. Your leadership will help ensure that tenants receive seamless, respectful support throughout their housing journey. Duties of the role include, but are not limited to: * Holistic Tenancy Management: Oversee the management of your team's tenancy portfolios from start to finish.
