We're looking for a capable, quick-thinking person for our Check-Out and Customer Services desk. This is a pivotal role that ensures our customers receive a seamless experience from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave. What You'll Be Doing: * Handling customer and staff enquiries, phone calls, GE Finance, product location, and checkout sales * Navigating the unexpected with confidence and professionalism What We're Looking For:* A passion for delivering outstanding customer service * A detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment * Strong multitasking and follow-through skills * POS system experience (training provided) * A proactive, can-do attitude with high accuracy and attention to detail * Tech-savvy and well-organised Previous experience in a retail or rostered environment will be a strong advantage.  Roster Details: You will be expected to work on a roster basis, with at least one day per weekend work included.
