We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Clinical & Quality Manager to lead clinical excellence, drive continuous improvement, and support care teams across multiple sites. You’ll work closely with regional managers and clinical teams to ensure best practice, compliance, and innovation are embedded in everyday operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide clinical coaching, mentoring, and support to Care Home Managers, Clinical Services Managers, and Registered Nurses. - Lead quality assurance, risk management, and compliance activities to ensure audit readiness and continuous improvement. - Analyse clinical data and indicators to identify trends and implement evidence-based strategies. - Champion best practice in clinical care, including interRAI assessments and the use of clinical systems. - Support complaint investigations, health checks, and corrective action planning. - Lead clinical projects that improve resident outcomes and operational efficiency.
