Meaningful work in premium horticulture Baygold is seeking skilled Atom Operators to deliver high‑quality orchard spraying and machinery services using Atom Self‑Propelled Orchard Sprayers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in machinery, and values safety and teamwork. Key responsibilities: * Operate Atom sprayers to deliver precise, timely spraying * Communicate with Orchard Managers and on‑site teams * Complete pre‑start checks, basic maintenance, and daily cleaning * Support orchard operations including mowing, mulching, compost and fertiliser application * Assist with harvest as required * Follow all health and safety procedures About you: * 1–3 years’ experience operating farm machinery * Experience with agrichemicals and sprayers * Mechanical aptitude and strong safety focus * Full manual licence * Class 2/4, forklift licence, or kiwifruit experience advantageous What we offer: * Training and PPE * Supportive, safety‑focused team * Meaningful work in a premium horticulture business * Strong values: Care, Inspire, Perform and Grow * Learning and development opportunities You must have the legal right to work in New Zealand as we will not be able to provide sponsorship for visas.
