About the Role We’re on the lookout for a Technical Records Manager who loves getting the details right. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our aircraft maintenance and engineering records — keeping everything accurate, compliant, and running like clockwork. You’ll work closely with our Engineering Manager and wider team to make sure every logbook, work pack, and maintenance record meets CAA and company standards. What You’ll Be Doing * Maintaining and verifying aircraft logbooks, work packs, and component histories. * Keeping maintenance tracking systems accurate and up to date. * Monitoring aircraft and component life limits, AD/SB compliance, and scheduled maintenance. * Reviewing completed maintenance documentation for accuracy and compliance. * Managing the archiving and retrieval of technical records. * Collaborating with engineering, stores, and planning to keep all records current. What You’ll Bring * At least 3 years’ experience in aviation maintenance records or technical administration. * Solid understanding of CAA Part 43, Part 91, and Part 145 regulations. * Excellent attention to detail and a love for data accuracy. * Confidence with digital record systems and Microsoft Office. * Great communication skills and a proactive attitude. It’s a bonus if you have: * Experience in a Part 145 maintenance organisation. * A background in aviation engineering or airworthiness. * Knowledge of rotary-wing aircraft and component management.
