The Role**
We're seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor** to join our Hamilton team. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will interpret site assessment plans, develop job scopes, and lead a small team (Project Estimator and CADS Drawer) to determine project material and labour requirements and establish initial budgets. This role ensures projects start with a solid, data-driven foundation.
Key Responsibilities**
* Interpret site assessment plans and reports to define project scope
* Lead and coordinate a small team to compile material and labour requirements
* Set and document accurate project budgets based on forecasting and trade rates
* Liaise with the Contract Manager and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
Skills & Experience**
* Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor
* Relevant qualification or proven experience in a similar role
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
