At SBS, we truly believe that when people achieve their financial goals, their whānau and communities flourish as a result. **To help us with this, we are searching for a Training Delivery/Content Creator to join our Learning and Development Team, based in Invercargill, on a fixed term basis.** This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery and content development of training and support materials for SBS transformation programme, across transactional banking products, banking processes and systems, conversation models, and financial advice. Contributes to the development and delivery of Bank strategies, drives innovation, and fosters a vibrant culture and encourages great member outcomes. **What you'll be busy with:** * Co-ordinate end-to-end training delivery logistics, including session scheduling, enrolments, attendance tracking, and post-training follow-up. * Research, design and deliver blended learning solutions internally in respect of products, system, service and sales, personal and professional development training. * Measure outcomes and value of internal training by co-ordinating evaluation methods, analysing results, and providing adjustment recommendations to training based on feedback * Support the development, assessment and reporting of Change Impact Assessments. * Support our wider Change Team with learning needs analysis, engagement and communications. **What you'll bring:** * Advanced proficiency with a variety of software applications, including the Microsoft 360 suite * Strong data analysis and presentation skills, with the ability to research, interpret, and communicate information effectively * Outstanding organisational and planning skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure * Relevant banking experience And preferably * Relevant banking industry or tertiary qualification (e.g. NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5, version 2 or 3) as at 31 March 2023) * Tertiary qualification in Adult Education, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or related field This role would also suit a Graduate who is looking to kickstart their career in Change Management and/or Learning & Development. This role is full time, 37.5 hours a week, worked 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
