We're looking for a dedicated Pool Supervisor to join our team at the Cromwell Pool. This full-time position offers 32 hours per week, providing a great opportunity to lead and support a vibrant aquatic environment. Pool Crew About the Role: We’re on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join us. Your main job will be to keep our facility safe and fun for everyone. You’ll need top-notch customer service skills, clear communication, and a practical approach. Shifts include mornings and evenings, Monday to Sunday. What We’re Looking For: A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Confident swimming ability – able to swim 8 lengths of the pool within 6 minutes Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends A commitment to excellent customer service What We Offer: Training for a Pool Lifeguarding Practicing Certificate (PLPC) Comprehensive/Workplace First Aid training (6400, 6401 & 6402) Competitive pay Opportunities for career growth and training A supportive work environment Consistent work hours Access to the facility for your own fitness and training Membership in our Organisation Social Club Shoe allowance Applications close 9th of August 2025 at 5:00pm
