We are seeking a proactive and organised Traffic Management Supervisor to join our Christchurch Maintenance team. This full-time, office-based role is critical to ensuring the safety of workers, road users, and the public, while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities * Supervising and coordinating traffic management teams and operations. * Ensuring traffic control measures and compliance with approved plans and standards. * Overseeing safety, risk management, and site audits. * Liaising with clients, contractors, and authorities. * Supporting staff training, mentoring, and record-keeping. * Adapting to changing site conditions and performing other duties as required. Requirements * Current STMS Level 2/3 Practicing (or CAT A/B/C equivalent) qualification * Proven experience in supervising TTM on large civil projects * Strong leadership and communication skills * A proactive, safety-first mindset * Proven experience in traffic management supervision * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments. * Full NZ Driver's License Desirable * First Aid Certificate * Experience with electronic TMP systems * Strong understanding of New Zealand guide to temporary traffic management and relevant legislation.
