What You’ll Be Doing * Setting up, monitoring, and packing down traffic management sites * Managing traffic flow around roadworks and civil projects * Implementing and maintaining TMP requirements on site * Leading crews and ensuring Health & Safety standards are followed * Communicating with site teams, contractors, and the public * Maintaining safe and compliant worksites in line with NZGTTM standards What We’re Looking For * Current STMS qualification and/or TMO warrant card * Previous experience in traffic management or civil works * Understanding of TTM requirements and the NZGTTM approach * Strong commitment to Health & Safety * Reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude * Full Class 1 licence preferred (Class 2/4 advantageous) What You’ll Get * Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay * Opportunities with reputable local businesses * Variety of projects and worksites across the Bay of Plenty * Flexible assignments to suit your availability * Ongoing support from a recruitment team that values your skills and experience
