This is a hands-on role working across roading and civil infrastructure projects, operating sprayers, tankers, and associated equipment. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical ability, proven experience in spray operations, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on every project. Key Responsibilities * Operate sprayers efficiently and accurately to ensure high-quality application across all projects * Safely load, transport, and handle materials * Operate tankers and other plant in compliance with safety regulations * Use telescopic bar equipment for controlled and even distribution * Conduct daily vehicle and equipment inspections, reporting defects or maintenance needs * Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures, including correct PPE use * Work collaboratively with site teams and supervisors to meet project deadlines * Maintain accurate records of spray operations and material usage Key Requirements * Proven experience operating sprayers and tankers in civil or roading environments * Strong understanding of safe handling practices for materials and plant * Familiarity with telescopic bar operation and calibration * Class 5 driver's licence preferred * Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards * Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player * Flexibility to work across multiple sites with variable hours If you're experienced, reliable, and ready to contribute to a highly respected team in the civil sector, we want to hear from you.
