**We have an opportunity for a Site Traffic Management Specialist (STMS) to join our Wellington Transport Alliance (WTA) whānau. This role will see you work amongst with a close-knit team whose mission is to safely connect the Wellington region. The job** What makes (WTA) special is the variety of work that we are involved in. This will allow you to grow your skills, progress your career and of course make some great relationships along the way. **Some of the day-to-day tasks include:** * Managing the temporary traffic management requirements across the Wellington Transport Alliance network * Site setups * Mentoring and being a role model for fellow Workmates with TTM * Managing TTM sites * Report all incidents, accidents and near misses * Proactively lead the health, safety and wellbeing of everyone on site in line with company standards, procedures and regulations. * You will need to be flexible as this role will require you to work overtime and weekends when necessary. **What's in it for you?** At the WTA we truly care about our people.
