* High rise project * Central Christchurch * NZ expereince required Leading main contractor is seeking to appoint for the role of Site Engineer for a start in the new year to work on a major commercial construction project in the centre of Christchurch. The Site Engineer will support quality control and include facades inspections for this high-rise project. * 3 plus year site experience in New Zealand * Site experience and preferably on high rise structures * Good communication both with internal teams / subs / consultants - must have exceptional written and spoken English. * Must be able to critically review drawings and assess any discrepancies / issues * Will be 80% site 20% desk * Will involve all site checking of complicated reo works prior to engineer inspections / façade experience * Must have good surveying and set out skills.
