The Senior Submissions Coordinator is part of the Lower South Regional Transport team, reporting directly to the Bid & Opportunities Lead - Lower South, and working closely with key business stakeholders to secure opportunities for the Transport business stream. Primary responsibilities also include: * Leading the writing and production of bid submissions, presentations, capability statements, and award submissions, working with the region's operational teams * Driving the bid submission process to provide compliant submissions aligned to the agreed bid strategy as well as Downer's internal compliance processes * Assisting teams with preparing for post-submission presentations * Working collaboratively with the wider submissions teams to identify opportunities to improve approach to tendering and tender submission content and maintain the content databases * Supporting Submissions Managers and Bid Leads/Managers on major opportunities * Supporting, implementing and adhering to H&S policies and procedures This is a hybrid role, and for the right person we are open to locations for candidates working in across the Lower South Region - Christchurch, Dunedin, Queenstown, or Nelson/Tasman.
