Summary: This role involves end-to-end architectural build management for proactive, company-focused individuals who value quality and efficiency. Highlights: 1. Manage multiple jobs and trades effectively without drama You’ll be running architectural builds end-to-end. This isn’t a “wait to be told what to do” role. We want someone who’s already thinking about next week’s problems while everyone else is still on today. You’ll also understand that the best builders don’t just run a good site, they make decisions that are right for the whole company, not just the job in front of them. If it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing properly. We’re a tight team that backs quality, efficiency, and people who take ownership.
