Summary: We are building a talent pool for ongoing maintenance of the Kenepuru roading network, seeking individuals with practical experience from crew to management roles to join a small but important team. We’re building a talent pool of people with practical experience across all levels – from hands‑on crew through to supervisors and managers – to support ongoing maintenance of the Kenepuru roading network. While we have some key roles already advertised, we are keen to hear from anyone with skills and experience that we could include in this small but important team. If you enjoy meaningful work, tight‑knit communities, and the kind of scenery most people only see on postcards, this could be your next step. What We’re Looking For People with experience or interest in any of the following: * Roading and civil maintenance * Drainage installation and repair (culverts, catchpits, kerb & channel) * Pavement repairs and general carpentry/minor building work * Traffic management awareness * Supervisory or team leadership in civil or maintenance environments * Asset inspections, reporting, or QA (RAMM/AWM experience a bonus) Whether you’re early in your career or bring years of experience, we’re open to conversations. If you already live in the Linkwater, Havelock, or Kenepuru Sound area, you will already know how great it is.
