You'll be working across a mix of commercial, residential and complex scaffolding projects, supporting experienced crews in a safety-focused environment. This role starts casual with strong potential for ongoing work. Duties Include * Erecting and dismantling scaffolding systems * Working on residential and commercial sites * Tube & coupler and modular systems * Mobile towers and access solutions * Supporting team operations and maintaining site safety What We're Looking For * Current NZ Scaffolding Certificate (Basic, Intermediate or Advanced) * Working at Heights & Site Safe (current) * Full Class 1 licence (manual required) * Class 2 licence advantageous * Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work * Strong health & safety awareness * Reliable with a solid work ethic What's On Offer * Casual start with ongoing opportunities * Weekly pay * Competitive rates based on experience * Work with a well-established, safety-focused team * Long-term potential for the right people Pay Rates (Guide) Rates are dependent on ticket level, experience and site complexity: * Basic / Elementary: $24 - $27 per hour * Intermediate: $28 - $32 per hour * Advanced: $33 - $38+ per hour Higher rates may apply for advanced, suspended or specialist scaffolding work.
