Summary: Seeking a skilled Scaffolding professional to lead crews, ensure safety, and mentor apprentices on diverse projects. Highlights: 1. Lead crews in scaffolding erection, alteration, and dismantling 2. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations 3. Supervise and mentor apprentices and labourers Your responsibilities will include: - Leading crews to erect, alter, and dismantle scaffolding to required standards - Reading and following site plans and specifications - Liaising with other contractors on site - Ensuring compliance with all health & safety regulations - Supervising and mentoring apprentices and labourers where required We are looking for someone who has: - A current NZ Certificate in Scaffolding Level 4 or above (or equivalent qualification) - Proven scaffolding experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects - A strong commitment to health & safety - Good communication skills and teamwork ability - Full driver’s licence (Class 2 or higher preferred)
