What you will be doing:
Framing & Formwork: Handling basic assembly, installing noggings, building timber framework, and prepping structural components.
Material Prep & Precision: Measuring, cutting, and shaping building materials accurately to minimise waste.
Tool Operation: Safely utilising a wide range of hand and power tools (including skill saws, drills, and nail guns) under guidance.
Site Pride & Safety: Maintaining tidy, organised workspaces to ensure a safe environment for yourself and the wider crew.
What you need to bring to the team:
Solid Grounding: At least 12 months of proven on-site construction or basic carpentry experience.
The Right Tools: Your own standard tool kit (tool belt, Impact Driver, Drill, Skilly.).
Reliability & Punctuality: Turning up ready to rip in every day, with reliable transport or way to get to site
A Safety-First Mindset: An active awareness of on-site risks and a commitment to keeping yourself and your teammates safe.
A Positive Attitude: Willingness to learn, respect for the crew, and a drive to show up with pride in your work.
