We're on the lookout for reliable drivers with roading or sealing experience who want consistent hours, a solid team, and potential for long-term opportunities. About the Role: * Operating Class 4 trucks within chipseal and roading crews * Carting chip, bitumen materials, metal, and aggregates * Supporting sealing operations on active civil sites * Working closely with supervisors, rollers, sprayers, and crew * Completing daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance * Following strict health & safety and site procedures What's on Offer: * Full-time hours + consistent, long-term work * Weekly pay * Competitive rates based on experience * Opportunities to grow and develop within the civil sector * Supportive, professional, and safety-focused team What We're Looking For: * Current Class 4 Licence (Class 5 a bonus) * Proven experience in civil construction or chipseal/roading preferred * Understanding of sealing operations or willingness to learn * Strong work ethic and positive attitude * Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused * Ability to work well in a team environment * WTR endorsements highly advantageous * Own transport preferred If this role sounds like you, please contact Nadia on 021 221 0593 or email your CV to nadiam@alhltd.co.nz
