Use of a company car About the Company: Mini Mix Concrete are specialists in the delivery of small concrete loads around the Canterbury region. We take pride in delivering fast, customer focussed service. Our point of difference is our small trucks which can fit into small or tight places. About the role: We are seeking an experienced Class 2 driver to deliver efficient, friendly service to our customers. You will be responsible for driving and maintaining a small concrete truck. You will also be required to batch and prepare the concrete as well as manage phone orders. Experience with loaders and forklifts is beneficial as you will be using both during your work day. Skills & Experience: * Clean Class 2 drivers license * Previous experience driving a Class 2 vehicle * Forklift & wheels license (training can be provided) * Experience with taking phone orders and managing deliveries would be beneficial * Be reliable and punctual * Be pro-active and able to use initiative * The ability to work some Saturday mornings We can offer you: * use of a company car * varied and interesting work days * a small business who values their employees Please send in your application as soon as possible, we will be hiring as soon as we find someone suitable.
