What You'll Be Doing: As our Distribution Programme Manager, you'll lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of 40 distribution projects within our Network team each year. You'll be at the centre of it all, working closely with Northpowers in-house contractor and other internal teams to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard. This role is ideal for someone developing their project management capability who wants real ownership, a chance to make an impact, and seeks opportunities for growth. What We're Looking For: * Qualification in project management, business, engineering, or a related field (preferred but not essential) * Project management certification or training (e.g. PMI, Prince2 Foundation, or equivalent) * Crossfunctional collaboration magic * Ability to build and drive positive team culture * Strong relationshipbuilding and communication skills * Confidence to support and drive operational delivery * Comfortable having real, honest, “let'ssortthisout” conversations Who we are: Northpower is an electricity and fibre network provider for Whangarei and Kaipara, with more than 60,000 connected customers.
