Deliver. * Flexible working policy + Health insurance  * Access to LinkedIn Learning suite and training opportunities  * Supportive, transparent and empowering leadership culture  About the opportunity Enatel is seeking a motivated Associate Systems Engineer to join our high‑performing Systems team, supporting the design and development of innovative DC power and software‑enabled solutions used globally. In this role, you will work closely with experienced engineers and cross‑functional teams to support the ongoing development and improvement of Enatel products. You will: * Support the design, development and verification of systems across multiple products * Assist with analysing user needs, system flows and integration requirements * Contribute to reliable, maintainable and cost‑effective power system designs * Support ongoing improvements using production, test and RMA data * Assist with risk identification, issue escalation and problem resolution * Work collaboratively with Engineering, Product, Operations and other stakeholders * Contribute as a member of the R&D team, reporting to the Systems Engineer Team Leader About you To be successful in this role, you will bring: * A relevant engineering degree (Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Software or similar) * Foundational knowledge of power systems engineering principles * Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills * Ability to understand electrical schematics and technical documentation * Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style * A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to learn quickly * Exposure to systems development tools, scripting, Agile environments or hardware‑based products will be highly regarded.
