In this role, you will work closely with experienced engineers and cross‑functional teams to support the ongoing development and improvement of Enatel products. You will: * Support the design, development and verification of systems across multiple products * Assist with analysing user needs, system flows and integration requirements * Contribute to reliable, maintainable and cost‑effective power system designs * Support ongoing improvements using production, test and RMA data * Assist with risk identification, issue escalation and problem resolution * Work collaboratively with Engineering, Product, Operations and other stakeholders * Contribute as a member of the R&D team, reporting to the Systems Engineer Team Leader About you To be successful in this role, you will bring: * A relevant engineering degree (Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Software or similar) * Foundational knowledge of power systems engineering principles * Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills * Ability to understand electrical schematics and technical documentation * Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style * A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to learn quickly * Exposure to systems development tools, scripting, Agile environments or hardware‑based products will be highly regarded.
