Silviculture Workers – Thinners, Pruners & Supervisors
Location: Kawerau & Rotorua, Bay of Plenty
We are looking for motivated Silviculture workers to join our forestry crews based in the Kawerau and Rotorua regions. Positions are available for thinners, pruners, and supervisors with opportunities for ongoing work and career growth.

Roles available:
Thinners & Pruners – carrying out high-quality silviculture work in plantation forestry
Supervisors – leading small crews, ensuring production targets, safety, and quality standards are met
About you:
High level of fitness – able to handle physically demanding outdoor work
Silviculture or forestry experience preferred (not essential – training available for the right people)
Coachable, with a positive attitude towards learning and development
Able to work well in a team, contributing to a strong and positive team culture
Must meet AOS (Approved Operator Standards) for safety and quality
Supervisors: proven leadership experience, good communication skills, and a strong safety focus
Requirements:
Reliable transport to and from a daily meeting point
Flexibility to take on occasional stay-away work when required
Must be drug free and able to pass pre-employment drug testing
Eligible to work in New Zealand
