In this role, you'll support our "Safety Starts with Me" culture by working closely with teams across our branches. As a key safety advocate, you will: * Deliver health, safety, and wellbeing advice throughout the business * Maintain and improve safety systems, risk management, and wellbeing programs * Support leaders to be active safety role models * Develop and deliver engaging safety training (both in-person and online) * Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and standards * Assist with incident investigations and support employee return-to-work processes * Encourage open conversations about safety and wellbeing in the workplace What do you need to bring to Corys? We're looking for someone who cares about safety beyond just compliance.
