At SBS, we truly believe that when people achieve their financial goals, their whānau and communities flourish as a result. **To help us with this, we are searching for a L&D Facilitator/Content Creator to join our team based in Invercargill, on a fixed term basis.** This exciting role provides dynamic learning and development services and support whilst we are on this exhilarating transformation journey, covering a wide range of subject areas including transactional banking products and banking processes and systems, conversation model, and financial advice. **What you'll be busy with:** * Developing and delivering training, including development of training materials using best practice methodology. * In conjunction with the wider Learning & Development team, researching, designing and delivering blended learning solutions internally in respect of products, system, service and sales, personal and professional development training. * Supporting the development, assessment and reporting of Change Impact Assessments. * Supporting the Manager and wider Change Team with learning needs analysis, engagement and communications. **What you'll bring:** * Advanced proficiency with a variety of software applications, including the Microsoft 360 suite. * Strong data analysis and presentation skills, with the ability to research, interpret, and communicate information effectively. * Outstanding organizational and planning skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure. * Willingness and ability to travel throughout New Zealand as required. This role is full time, 37.5 hours a week, worked 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
