We’re looking for someone who can confidently run gear and muck in alongside the crew when the job calls for it. About the Role: You'll work across a range of civil and drainage projects — mainly subdivisions — operating excavators, loaders, rollers, and more. But it’s not just a seat-warmer’s role — you’ll also lend a hand with formwork, pipe laying, and general labouring when needed. Perfect for someone who leads by example, takes pride in their work, and enjoys being part of a hard-working, tight-knit team.
