This Auckland based leadership role is responsible for leading & developing a team of Client Managers within Trade Me Motors who work across multiple North Island locations to drive value from Trade Me's platform, audience and unmatched insights to help our motor dealer clients improve their business performance. Our Motors team is an award-winning, forward-thinking vibrant group based throughout New Zealand so you will be a naturally energetic, highly driven, switched-on sales leader with mana from within the automotive industry able to deliver outstanding coaching and development to your team. **Here is what you can expect from this role:** * To maintain the highest level of customer intimacy by deeply understanding your markets, customers, consumers, competitors and influencers * Identifying key trends and obtaining critical insights from dealers and competitors to help direct and grow the business * For your team to achieve growth targets in a healthy, measured, and disciplined way * Collaboratively work with peers to design and execute GoToMarket strategies for product launches, price changes, and new narratives * To use data and analytics to empower your team to deliver strategic opportunities to clients * To deliver an exceptional customer experience ensuring your team offer relevant advice based on data and observations **What you will bring to our team:** * Significant sales team leadership, management and development * Ability to build insights through data and metrics and deliver positive step-change to results * Ability to influence stakeholders to drive business initiatives * Expertise with CRM systems to manage leads and analyse data * Relevant automotive industry experience You'll have the best time working at Trade Me, and this is why: **#Flexibility:** Flexibility means different things to different people and we support you to find what works, including a home office set up and utilities allowance.
