Your day will include: - Repairing and maintaining refrigerated container machinery - Carrying out inspections diagnostics set-point checks and plug-ins - Keeping parts requests and paperwork accurate and organised - Preparing quotes and supporting clients with clear communication - Maintaining safe work practices and reporting hazards - Helping keep our depot clean tidy and operating safely Typical hours - Monday–Friday: 7:00am – 5:00pm - Saturday: 7:00am – 12:00pm What We're Looking For We’re looking for someone who is: - Qualified Refrigeration Engineer (shipping container industry preferred) - Holding an EST Practicing Licence (or working towards it) - A holder of a Class 1 full driver licence - Reliable hardworking and calm under pressure - Customer-focused with good communication skills - Administration savvy reporting and IT competency - Mentor and share product and industry information knowledge - Keen to learn grow and contribute to a supportive team Requirements - Pre-employment medical and drug test - MOJ criminal history check - NZ work eligibility or a valid 2+ year work visa About Qube Logistics Qube Logistics NZ is a nationwide empty shipping container logistics provider offering transport refrigeration and diesel services across eight New Zealand locations.
