We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day delivery across multiple sites. This role is focused on keeping projects running efficiently, supporting crews, and ensuring resources are in the right place at the right time. You will work closely with the Directors and site teams to improve workflow, solve problems quickly, and maintain a high standard of delivery across all projects. This role will suit someone who has come from a roofing, cladding, or similar trade background and has stepped into a broader operational role.
