The wider organisation delivers high‑quality commercial fit‑outs, including services such as steel stud framing, suspended ceilings, insulation, partitioning, wall linings and acoustic systems, creating strong demand for flooring installers to support current projects. **ABOUT THE ROLE** We're seeking experienced Flooring Installers to work across commercial sites including office, retail, public sector and construction environments. You will install a range of flooring systems and contribute to full commercial fit‑out delivery. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Install commercial flooring materials including vinyl, carpet tiles, laminate, timber, and tile. * Prepare subfloors including cleaning, levelling, and repairing. * Measure, cut and fit flooring materials to specification. * Install trims, transitions, adhesives and finishing components. * Work alongside other trades within integrated fit‑out projects. * Maintain tools/equipment and follow all site safety standards. * Deliver high‑quality workmanship to meet project deadlines. **ABOUT YOU** * Proven commercial flooring installation experience. * Skilled across multiple flooring types and installation methods. * Ability to read and interpret floor plans and site drawings. * Strong attention to detail and finishing quality. * Fit, reliable and safety‑focused. * Full NZ driver licence **WHAT'S ON OFFER** * Opportunity to work on high‑profile commercial fit‑out projects. * Supportive team culture with structured processes. * Competitive hourly rate based on experience. * Potential for longer term work depending on workload.
