We are recruiting a skilled Flooring Installer to join their dedicated team in Blenheim and help deliver exceptional flooring solutions to customers across the region. Key Responsibilities: As a Flooring Installer, your main responsibilities will include installing and preparing floors with a variety of carpet and vinyl products, maintaining a clean and safe worksite, and meeting daily targets. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Installing various carpet types including conventional laid carpet, direct stick, double bond, loop pile, cut pile, carpet tiles, and planks * Installing vinyl flooring such as sheet vinyl, homogeneous vinyl, heat weld, cove vinyl, butterfly corners, vinyl planks, and tiles * Preparing and levelling floors where required, including grinding * Using power and hand tools safely and maintaining all equipment * Working independently and as part of a close-knit team to meet deadlines and quality standards To be successful in this role, you will need: * A minimum of three years relevant flooring installation experience * A full Driver's Licence * Ability to take instruction, use initiative, and communicate well with the team * Reliable, physically fit, and motivated with high attention to detail * Ability to work independently on job sites as well as collaboratively * Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test * Must have a clean police report with no charges pending If you are a motivated and skilled flooring installer ready to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you.
