The Flooring Installer is responsible for preparing floors to a professional standard, making them ready for new coverings. This role involves installing a variety of floor coverings, including carpet, vinyl, vinyl planks, ceramic tiling and laminate flooring, as well as fitting acoustic wall linings. Responsibilities will include: * Preparing floors ready for new floor covering * Installing carpet, carpet tiles, vinyl, vinyl planks, ceramic tiling, laminate and acoustic wall and ceiling linings * Liaising with other trades and project managers on site to make the job run as efficiently as possible * Taking product to site to be installed * Working within a team * Working in an organised, clean, safe working environment Requirements: * At Least of 3 years' relevant flooring installation experience. * Ability to install flooring to a high standard and within deadlines. * Physical fitness and agility for completing installations on time. * Team player with a valid driver's license (Minimum: Restricted Class 1 or equivalent). * Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test. * Have a clean police report with no charges pending. * Relevant certificates or qualifications are highly regarded.
